Salon Policies: 1. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to reschedule for a different date. I don’t want to run behind for any of my other clients scheduled that day. 2. I charge a 50% fee for cancellations less than 24hrs, and 100% for no call/ no shows. I’m always understanding of emergencies. 3. I ask that you please don’t bring other guests with you during your service time. I share my space with a hairstylist. Our space is limited, and we need the space to do the best job possible! 4. If you have a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Policy
